Self-washing Rotary Bar Screen with High Pressure Flush for Rainwater Pre-treatment
This model is equipped with an integrated high-pressure spray washing mechanism to continuously flush screen bars and rake teeth, reducing entanglement and adhesion of fibrous debris and greatly cutting manual maintenance. It maintains a large flow cross-section design to prioritize water passing capacity under heavy rain conditions.

Working Principle
The motor drives the rake tooth chain for circular rotation. Submerged rake teeth capture floating pollutants and lift them upward to the upper section of the equipment; waste falls into the slag hopper by gravity. Built-in high-pressure washing pipelines spray and flush gaps between rake teeth and screen bars to wash away tangled weeds and sticky sludge, working together with the top cleaning brush for dual cleaning. The rake teeth rotate downward and submerge again for continuous automatic slag removal. The control system supports auto start-stop by water level difference (slag cleaning activates once preset water level difference is reached). Timed mode and local manual control are also available.
