Fast-Deploy Modular Integrated Aerated Grit Chamber | Mobile-Ready Pretreatment Unit for Emergency Water Remediation
Brief Description
Modular prefabricated aerated grit chamber with short on-site installation cycle (1-2 weeks for commissioning completion). Suitable for black-odour water emergency remediation, temporary water treatment and sponge-city construction. Physical grit-removal reaches ≥95% for grit >0.2 mm, supports fast project launch.
Product Overview
Emergency water-pollution remediation, temporary treatment projects and sponge-city construction require equipment that can be delivered and commissioned rapidly, instead of long-cycle on-site concrete construction. This modular integrated aerated grit chamber is fully prefabricated inside manufacturing workshop. After arriving project site, only foundation work, hoisting, piping connection and electrical commissioning are needed; the whole installation and commissioning process can be finished within 1-2 weeks. It can work as core pretreatment unit for mobile wastewater treatment system. Without chemical addition, it removes grit, suspended solids and sediment, offering fast water-quality improvement for emergency scenarios. It also fits permanent sponge-city initial-rainwater interception projects.

Working Principle
Full-physical multi-step separation, no chemical agents:
1.Rotary drum screen intercepts large floating debris and sediment-carried impurities.
2.Aeration turbulence washes organic contaminants off grit-particle surface.
3.Hydraulic cyclone field accelerates heavy-particle gathering.
4.Gravity sedimentation achieves grit concentration.
5.Screw conveyor completes grit collection and dewatering, filtrate circulates back to upstream process. Compact modular cabinet allows convenient hoisting and relocation for emergency missions.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Ultra-short on-site construction cycle: Complete installation & commissioning within 1-2 weeks after equipment arrival.
2.Hoist-friendly modular cabinet structure, suitable for temporary or relocatable deployment.
3.No on-site concrete pool pouring required; lower requirement for site geological condition.
4.Pure-physical pretreatment, no chemical dosing for emergency water remediation.
5.Keep stable grit-removal performance under short-term high-load working condition.
Applications
1.Black-odour river/lake emergency remediation.
2.Temporary mobile wastewater treatment station.
3.Sponge-city initial rain-water pollution interception.
4.Short-term capacity expansion for municipal sewage plant.
