Brief Description

Heavy-duty integrated aerated grit chamber designed for complex industrial wastewater with high grit, fibre and particle load. Anti-abrasion, corrosion-resistant material options, handles fluctuating influent load, protects downstream process equipment from wear and clogging. ≥95% removal for grit particles >0.2 mm.

 

Product Overview

Industrial wastewater from textile, chemical, food processing sectors often contains sand, crystal particles, fibrous debris and solid impurities, which cause severe abrasion and blockage risk for pumps, pipelines and membrane components. Conventional grit facilities often fail under fluctuating industrial influent. Our heavy-duty integrated aerated grit chamber combines rotary drum screening, aeration washing and hydraulic cyclone separation. Optional 304 / 316 stainless-steel tank body resists acid-alkali corrosion. It copes well with impact loading of variable water quality, removes grit, crystal particles and fibrous pollutants before biochemical or advanced treatment, stabilising inlet water quality for downstream processing units.

Working Principle

Multi-stage physical separation process for complex industrial wastewater, no chemical dosage:

1.Rotary drum screen intercepts textile fibres, food residues and large solid impurities to avoid screw and membrane fouling.

2.Powerful aeration turbulence strips organic or viscous contaminants attached on sand and crystal particles.

3.Tangential inflow creates cyclone flow field, accelerates heavy-density particle separation.

4.Gravity settling concentrates grit and crystalline solids.

5.Wear-resistant screw conveyor collects and dewaters solids; filtrate returns to front-end process. Dewatered solid waste is ready for outward disposal.
