GLSY High-Drainage Screw Press, Matching Coarse & Fine Bar Screen for Grid Slag Treatment
Brief Description
GLSY high-drainage screw press is specially matched with coarse and fine bar screen cleaners. It directly accepts grid slag from screen outlet, realizing integrated slag conveying, squeezing and dewatering in sewage pretreatment.
Product Overview
GLSY high-drainage screw press belongs to grid slag conveying and squeezing series. Its feeding inlet aligns with discharge outlet of coarse and fine bar screens. Grid slag falls into press chamber, gets squeezed and dewatered. Wastewater drains from bottom tank, dewatered slag is discharged for outward treatment.

Working Principle
The machine is composed of drainage zone, feeding zone, screw conveying zone and discharging zone. Grid slag flows from bar screen into feeding chamber, and is transported and compressed by screw. Filtrate flows through slotted bars to water collection tank. The screw builds up pressure in compression section. High rigidity steel screw keeps stable structure. The flushing unit performs automatic cleaning on dewatering section.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Perfect matching with coarse and fine bar screen, seamless slag receiving.
2.Realize integrated pretreatment: slag collection, conveying, squeezing, and dewatering.
3.Self-cleaning flushing system, reduce maintenance workload.
4.Adjustable processing capacity for different grid slag quantity.
5.Can work with slag storage bin for temporary residue storage.
