Brief Description

GLSY high-drainage screw press effectively reduces moisture of grid slag from 85–95% down to 40–45%, realizing solid waste volume reduction and lowering subsequent transportation cost.

 

Product Overview

GLSY high-drainage screw press is a grid slag conveying and squeezing equipment. It receives wet grid slag discharged by coarse/fine bar screens. The press completes squeezing and solid-liquid separation. Waste liquid drains to the bottom tank, and dewatered slag is discharged for disposal.

Working Principle

The equipment includes drainage zone, feeding zone, screw conveying zone and discharging zone. Grid slag enters the feeding area and is pushed into compression zone by rotating screw. Water is separated and flows through slotted tube. Material pressure gradually increases before discharge outlet. High-rigidity steel screw ensures stable squeezing performance. Built-in flushing device cleans dewatering section automatically.
