Brief Description

Compact GLSY high-drainage screw press is specially developed for sites with limited installation space. It works together with bar screen to squeeze and dewater grid slag, lower residue moisture and reduce transport volume.

GLSY compact high-drainage screw press is used for grid slag treatment. It receives slag discharged from bar screens, completes squeezing and dewatering inside the equipment. Wastewater is drained at the bottom, and dry slag is discharged to storage bin for later disposal.

Working Principle

The equipment includes drainage, feeding, conveying and discharging zones. Grid slag enters feeding section and is pushed forward by rotating screw. Water is separated and flows out through slotted pipe into collection tank. Material is continuously compressed in pressure tube before discharge. High-strength steel screw maintains structural rigidity. The flushing system regularly cleans the dewatering zone to prevent clogging.
