WLN Rotary Micro Screen Filter with Multiple Drum Sizes for Wastewater Screening Projects
Brief Description
The WLN Internal Feed Rotary Micro Screen Filter is available in five standard models with screen drum diameters from 600 to 1500 mm. With screen openings of 0.2–2 mm, the equipment supports mechanical separation of suspended particles and solid impurities. Model selection can be based on the required screen size, equipment dimensions and installation conditions.
Product Overview
The WLN series provides multiple equipment sizes for industrial wastewater screening and solid-liquid separation. Each model features an internal-feed rotating screen drum and a spray-washing arrangement for screen cleaning.
The five standard models accommodate different drum diameters and external dimensions. The equipment can be selected according to the required screening specification and available installation space. Special dimensions may be customized according to user requirements, as stated in the product documentation.
Working Principle
Wastewater enters the rotating screen drum through the internal-feed section. During rotation, solid particles are retained by the screen mesh, and filtered water passes through the openings and flows out of the equipment.
Retained debris is discharged through the designated discharge end. The spray-washing system uses pressurized water at 3 kg/cm² to clean the screen mesh. The resulting screening process separates solid impurities from wastewater through mechanical filtration.
