Internal Feed Rotary Micro Screen Filter for Industrial Wastewater Solid-Liquid Separation
Brief Description
The WLN Internal Feed Rotary Micro Screen Filter is designed for solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater treatment. Featuring a rotating screen drum with 0.2–2 mm screen openings, it intercepts suspended solids and discharges retained debris while filtered water flows out through the screen. Available in five models with drum diameters ranging from 600 to 1500 mm.
Product Overview
The WLN series rotary micro screen filter is a mechanical screening device designed to remove suspended particles and solid impurities from wastewater. Its internal-feed structure allows wastewater to enter the rotating screen drum, where solids are retained and separated from the filtered water.
With a compact structure and continuous rotary screening process, the equipment is suitable for wastewater pretreatment and solid removal applications. Multiple models are available to accommodate different equipment sizing requirements.

Working Principle
Wastewater enters the internal distribution area of the rotating screen drum. As the drum rotates, suspended solids are retained on the screen surface, while filtered water passes through the screen openings and flows out of the equipment.
Retained debris is transported toward the discharge end by the rotating drum. A spray-washing system uses pressurized water to clean the screen mesh and help maintain filtration performance.
