Industrial Wastewater Rotary Micro Screen Filter for Suspended Solids Removal and Pretreatment
Brief Description
The WLN Internal Feed Rotary Micro Screen Filter provides mechanical screening for industrial wastewater containing suspended particles and solid impurities. With 0.2–2 mm screen openings, a rotating drum and a pressurized spray-washing system, it supports solid removal before subsequent wastewater treatment processes.
Product Overview
The WLN series is designed for industrial wastewater screening and pretreatment. It separates solid impurities from wastewater through a rotating screen drum, allowing filtered water to pass through the mesh while retained material is discharged.
The equipment is available in five models with drum diameters ranging from 600 to 1500 mm. Screen opening size can be selected within the documented 0.2–2 mm range to suit the target screening requirements.
Working Principle
Industrial wastewater enters the internal-feed section of the rotating drum. As the screen rotates, suspended particles are retained on the mesh, and water passes through the screen openings.
Retained solids are conveyed toward the discharge end. The spray-washing system uses pressurized water at 3 kg/cm² to clean the screen mesh. This mechanical screening process helps remove solid impurities before wastewater proceeds to subsequent treatment stages.
