Continuous Rotary Micro Screen Filter with Internal Feed and Pressurized Spray Washing
Brief Description
The WLN Rotary Micro Screen Filter combines internal-feed screening, a rotating drum and pressurized spray washing for wastewater solid separation. Its 0.2–2 mm screen openings retain solid impurities while filtered water passes through the mesh. The spray-washing system helps keep the screen clean during operation.
Product Overview
The WLN series features a rotating screen drum and a spray-washing system for mechanical wastewater screening. Wastewater enters the drum internally, and the rotating screen separates retained solids from filtered water.
The screen-cleaning arrangement helps remove accumulated material from the mesh. With five standard drum diameters from 600 to 1500 mm, the series offers different equipment sizes for wastewater screening applications.

Working Principle
Wastewater enters the internal-feed section and flows into the rotating screen drum. During rotation, solid impurities are retained on the mesh, while water passes through the screen openings and is discharged.
The retained solids move toward the discharge end as the drum rotates. A spray-washing pipe delivers pressurized water to clean the screen mesh. The specified washing-water pressure is 3 kg/cm², helping maintain a clean screening surface.
