Fine Screening Rotary Micro Screen Filter with 0.2–2 mm Screen Openings for Wastewater Treatment
Brief Description
Designed for fine mechanical screening, the WLN Rotary Micro Screen Filter uses screen openings ranging from 0.2 to 2 mm to separate suspended particles and solid impurities from wastewater. Its rotating drum and pressurized spray-washing system support continuous screening and screen cleaning.
Product Overview
The WLN fine screening filter is intended for wastewater applications that require the removal of relatively small solid particles. Its rotating screen drum provides a mechanical separation surface, allowing water to pass through the mesh while retained solids are collected and discharged.
Different screen opening sizes can be selected within the specified 0.2–2 mm range according to the screening requirements of the application. The equipment is available in five drum diameter options.

Working Principle
Wastewater flows into the inside of the rotating screen drum. During rotation, particles larger than the effective screen openings are retained on the mesh, while the filtered water passes through the screen.
The retained material moves toward the discharge end. A pressurized spray-washing system cleans the screen surface to help reduce mesh blockage and maintain screening operation.
