Retrofit-friendly Liftable Fine Bubble Aerator for Upgrading Existing Aeration Tanks while Retaining Original Air Pipes
Brief Description
The liftable fine bubble aerator can directly retrofit old aeration tanks while retaining original air pipelines, without major civil construction changes. It supports maintenance without draining water or stopping air supply, ideal for upgrading projects of wastewater treatment plants.
Product Overview
Optimized and developed based on existing aeration products. Besides new aeration tanks, its highlight is retrofitting old tanks. The original air pipeline can be kept unchanged while upgrading to this liftable fine bubble aerator. Easy installation and online maintenance reduce construction difficulty and time cost of retrofitting.
Working Principle
Pressurized air from blower enters aerator air chamber through air piping and expands rubber membrane. Micro-pores release fine bubbles for water aeration. When air supply stops, rubber membrane rebounds elastically to close micro-pores, blocking sewage backflow and protecting aerator from clogging.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Friendly for tank retrofitting: direct replacement while keeping original air pipelines unchanged.
2.Maintenance without draining water or stopping air; aerator can be lifted out for cleaning and replacement.
3.Hollow aeration tube reduces buoyancy in water for uniform stress and longer service life.
4.Round air guide groove structure. Rubber membrane seals when aeration stops to prevent sewage backflow.
5.Simple installation, low fluid resistance and relatively low energy consumption.
Applications
Upgrading and retrofitting projects of existing aeration tanks in municipal sewage plants and industrial wastewater stations; also applicable to new activated sludge aeration tank projects for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
