The magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank is a magnetic medium enhanced sedimentation equipment. It forms high-density flocs by dosing magnetic powder to greatly accelerate the sedimentation speed, and is equipped with a magnetic powder recovery system for cyclic utilization. Featuring fast sedimentation speed and strong impact load resistance, it is suitable for high-standard and emergency water treatment projects.

Product Overview

The complete system consists of a flocculation reaction section, magnetic powder dosing unit, tube settling zone, magnetic powder shearing and recovery device, sludge discharge system and a full set of automatic control cabinet. The magnetic powder recovery system is standard configuration to realize continuous recycling of magnetic powder. The equipment material and treatment capacity can be fully customized according to project demands.

Working Principles

1. Sewage is thoroughly mixed with coagulants and magnetic powder to form high-density magnetic flocs.

2. Magnetic flocs rapidly settle to the tank bottom, while the clean supernatant overflows for collection.

3. Bottom sludge is delivered to the magnetic powder recovery device. The separated magnetic powder flows back to the front-end process for recycling use.

4. Residual sludge is discharged and transported out for disposal.
