Featuring an integrated structure with less civil construction work, it is especially suitable for projects requiring advanced phosphorus removal and strict control of suspended solids.

Product Overview
The complete unit integrates a rapid mixing zone, flocculation reaction zone, sludge recirculation system, tube settling zone and bottom sludge thickening zone. It is equipped with stirring mechanisms, thickening sludge scrapers, automatic control pipelines and an electric control cabinet. The whole flocculation reaction assembly is built inside the equipment, which can independently complete the full sedimentation process after wastewater inflow. Customization on material and treatment capacity is available.

Working Principles
1. Wastewater flows into the built-in mixing and flocculation zone, where dosed chemicals fully contact with recirculated thickened sludge to form dense flocs.
2. Flocs enter the tube settling zone for solid-liquid separation.
3. Part of the settled sludge is recirculated to the front flocculation zone, while residual sludge is thickened at the bottom and discharged periodically.
4. Clean water rises to the collection trough and flows by gravity to subsequent treatment processes.
