Anti-Corrosion Lamella Clarifier Built-in Sludge Scraper Anti-Clog Auto High-Pressure Flushing Optional External Coagulation Dosing System
Brief Description
This Lamella Clarifier adopts proven shallow tank sedimentation technology with optimized water distribution and inclined plate structure design. It is equipped with a built-in sludge scraper to effectively avoid sludge accumulation and hardening. An external chemical dosing system is available as an option according to project requirements. Featuring small footprint, high sedimentation efficiency and easy maintenance, it serves as an ideal upgrade alternative to conventional sedimentation tanks.
Note: The main unit does not include integrated flocculation chamber or sludge recirculation system. An external coagulation dosing unit can be selected separately if coagulation function is required. Please do not confuse it with high-efficiency clarifiers with built-in integrated flocculation and sludge recirculation.
Product Overview
The equipment consists of water distribution buffer zone, inclined plate sedimentation zone and bottom sludge hopper fitted with a built-in sludge scraper. It is equipped with automatic flushing pipelines, supporting valves and integral frame as well as electric control system to realize timed automatic sludge discharge and inclined plate cleaning. Carbon steel and stainless steel material options are available. Dimensions and treatment capacity can be customized, and an external coagulation dosing system is optional for different working conditions.

Key Design & Performance Features
1. Space Saving & High Efficiency
Wide-spacing inclined plates provide large settling area. Under identical effluent standards, treatment efficiency reaches 6–10 times of conventional sedimentation tanks while occupying only 15%–30% land area.
2. Anti-Clog & Anti-Sludge Accumulation
Built-in sludge scraper cooperating with automatic high-pressure flushing reduces sludge hardening and plate blockage, ideal for wastewater with high turbidity and high sediment content.
3. Stable Outlet Water Quality
Optimized water distribution alleviates short-circuit flow and sludge floating, ensuring stable and controllable suspended solids in effluent.
4. Low Maintenance Requirement
Automatic timed sludge discharge and inclined plate flushing cut labor costs. Optional dosing system can be equipped to match different water quality conditions.
5. Durable Material & Customization Available
Anti-corrosion carbon steel, SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel are optional. Equipment dimension and treatment capacity can be customized.
Applications
1. Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment
Suitable for pretreatment of high-turbidity, high-sediment wastewater from lithium battery, ceramic, mine, desulfurization, stone processing, steel and other industries.
2. Raw Water Purification
Clarification of river water, landscape lake water and other surface water.
3. Reclaimed Water Reuse Project
Serves as sedimentation process for water recycling systems.
4. Supporting Water Treatment Unit
Can be applied as sedimentation module matched with various integrated wastewater treatment equipment.
