Brief Description

The liftable fine bubble aerator is a new type of aeration equipment suitable for wastewater aeration tanks. Its core advantage is that installation and maintenance can be carried out without draining tank water or stopping air supply. The aerator can be lifted out of water directly for inspection and replacement, greatly reducing shutdown losses of wastewater plants.

Product Overview

Developed by integrating advantages of domestic and foreign aeration products. It can be applied to new-built and retrofitted activated sludge aeration tanks. Installation, membrane cleaning and replacement can be completed without draining tank water or stopping air supply. It saves fan power consumption and cuts long-term operating cost.

Working Principle

Pressurized air from blower flows through main air pipe and inlet pipe into the air chamber of aerator. The air enters the aeration tube and expands the rubber membrane. Air passes through micro-pores on membrane to generate fine bubbles for water aeration. When air supply stops, the rubber membrane elastically retracts to close micro-pores, preventing sewage backflow and aerator clogging.
