High Oxygen Transfer Liftable Fine Bubble Aerator with Low Resistance for Biochemical Wastewater Treatment
Brief Description
The liftable fine bubble aerator adopts hollow micro-pore aeration tube structure. It delivers even air distribution and fine bubbles with high oxygen utilization rate. It features favorable hydraulic flow pattern, low resistance and low energy consumption, serving as high-efficiency aeration equipment for biochemical wastewater tanks.
Product Overview
This aerator is developed by integrating domestic and overseas aeration technology, applicable to activated sludge aeration tanks for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. Hollow aeration tube optimizes buoyancy distribution and produces fine, uniform bubbles for high dynamic efficiency. It supports maintenance without draining water or stopping air, balancing aeration performance and maintainability.
Working Principle
Pressurized air from blower enters the aerator air chamber and forms annular airflow inside aeration tube to expand rubber membrane. Air passes through membrane micro-pores and generates fine bubbles to dissolve oxygen into water. When air supply stops, rubber membrane retracts elastically and closes micro-pores automatically to prevent backflow and clogging.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Hollow aeration tube enables fast and uniform air distribution. Fine bubbles achieve high oxygen utilization and dynamic efficiency.
2.Good hydraulic flow pattern and low pipeline resistance reduce system energy consumption.
3.Rubber membrane fits round air guide groove when aeration stops to prevent sewage backflow.
4.Uniform stress distribution extends overall service life of aerator.
5.Maintenance can be done without draining water or stopping air supply for convenient membrane cleaning & replacement.
Applications
New biochemical aeration tanks for municipal domestic sewage plants and various industrial wastewater treatment stations; wastewater treatment projects with high requirements on aeration oxygen transfer efficiency and energy consumption.
