Industrial Wastewater Lamella Clarifier for High-Turbidity Water Treatment
Brief Description
This Industrial Wastewater Lamella Clarifier is designed for solid-liquid separation in industrial water treatment applications. Its inclined plate settling structure promotes suspended solids removal within a compact footprint. A built-in sludge scraper and automatic flushing system can help manage sludge accumulation and plate deposits. An external coagulation dosing unit is available separately when chemical pretreatment is required.
Product Overview
The equipment includes a water distribution section, inclined plate settling zone, bottom sludge hopper and clarified water collection system. Depending on the selected configuration, a mechanical sludge scraper and automatic flushing pipelines can be supplied. For wastewater requiring chemical assistance, an external coagulation dosing system can be integrated into the overall treatment process as a separate unit. Equipment capacity and materials should be selected according to inlet water quality and site conditions.

Working Principle
1. Industrial wastewater enters the distribution section and is spread across the settling zone.
2. Suspended particles settle on the inclined plates and slide downward under gravity.
3. Collected sludge is discharged through the bottom hopper, with mechanical scraping available when specified.
4. Clarified water is collected at the top and transferred to subsequent treatment processes.
