Brief Description

Traveling Bridge Sludge Suction Collector is a wastewater treatment equipment for rectangular horizontal flow sedimentation tanks, designed for continuous sludge withdrawal in secondary sedimentation tanks and waterworks sedimentation tanks. It can remove sludge and floating scum, with scum skimming devices available as optional configuration.


Product Overview

Suitable for rectangular secondary clarifiers of municipal wastewater plants and horizontal flow sedimentation tanks of waterworks. It adopts siphon or pump suction sludge discharge modes to continuously extract bottom sludge under normal operating conditions. Optional oil and scum skimming assemblies can be equipped for comprehensive removal of floating surface residues.

Working Principle

Built upon mobile traveling bridge structure, it provides two practical sludge suction solutions adapting to different civil tank designs. The siphon type suits above-ground rectangular sedimentation tanks, while pump suction version fits semi-underground rectangular tanks. The traveling bridge drives multiple suction pipelines to discharge settled sludge evenly and continuously from tank bottom.
