Electric Roller Gate for Automatic Water Flow Control
Brief Description
Electric roller gates designed for controlled water flow regulation, featuring roller-guided gate movement and configurable electric hoisting and control systems for water management projects.
Product Overview
The electric roller gate is designed for water control applications where powered opening and closing are preferred. The gate leaf travels along guide tracks through roller assemblies, while an electric hoist or compatible electric actuator provides the required lifting force.
The system can be configured with a steel gate leaf, roller assemblies, guide tracks, sealing components, an electric hoisting unit, and an electrical control panel where specified. Depending on the project, the control arrangement may include local operation, remote commands, travel limit switches, and other compatible control components.
Gate dimensions, motor specifications, lifting capacity, control functions, and sealing arrangements should be selected according to the required gate load, design water head, operating frequency, and site electrical conditions.

Working Principle
When an opening or closing command is received, the electric drive system operates the hoisting mechanism to raise or lower the gate leaf. The roller assemblies move along the guide tracks to guide the gate throughout its travel.
Where configured, limit switches help indicate or restrict the gate's travel range. A control panel can provide local operation and, when compatible controls are installed, remote operation or integration with a supervisory control system. When the gate reaches the required position, the sealing system performs its designed water-control function.
Electrical protection, control logic, and operating interlocks should be selected according to the project specification.
