Heavy-Duty Roller Gate for Industrial Water Control
Brief Description
WESUS roller gates are designed for water flow regulation, water level control and flow isolation in hydraulic engineering and industrial water systems. The roller-supported structure helps reduce movement resistance during gate operation. Gate dimensions, materials and operating arrangements can be customized according to project requirements.
Product Overview
The roller gate assembly generally consists of a gate leaf, frame, rollers and guide tracks, sealing components and an operating mechanism. Structural materials, sealing arrangements and actuation options can be selected according to installation conditions and operating requirements.

Working Principle
The operating mechanism moves the gate leaf along its guide tracks to open or close the passage. The rollers transfer supporting loads to the tracks while reducing sliding resistance during movement. When closed, the sealing system engages with the mating surfaces to restrict water flow.
Key Design & Performance Features
1. Roller-supported movement helps reduce operating resistance.
2. Gate leaf, guide tracks and frame are configured according to design loads.
3. Sealing arrangements are selected based on hydraulic head and flow direction.
4. Actuation options are determined by gate dimensions and operating requirements.
5. Structural details, materials and installation arrangements can be tailored to site conditions.
Applications
Reservoir level regulation, hydraulic structures, industrial water flow control, pump station inlets and outlets, and other projects requiring controlled water passage.
