Mesh Plate Step Grille Decontaminator for Fine & Fibrous Wastewater Screening
Brief Description
Mesh plate step grille decontaminator is an automatic solid-liquid separation equipment for continuous interception and removal of debris in water flow. It excels at capturing fine and fibrous garbage, especially suitable for printing and dyeing, textile wastewater treatment.
Product Overview
Independently developed based on imported advanced technology, this mesh plate step grille decontaminator is widely used for pre-screening in water treatment. Its stainless steel mesh plate achieves high filtration precision. Adjustable cleaning brush and automatic flushing system effectively strip fiber contaminants, preventing mesh blockage. It runs continuously and stably for long-term wastewater pretreatment.

Working Principle
Driven by motor reducer, the ladder-shaped mesh plates rotate against the water flow to continuously trap fine floating solids. When mesh plates move to the discharge outlet, most solids drop by gravity. Residual dirt is swept away by rear cleaning brushes and automatic water jet flushing. Pollutants are fully removed to protect subsequent treatment process and maintain stable water passing area.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.High filtration precision, separation accuracy up to 3mm, capable of intercepting tiny particles.
2.Adjustable mesh plate cleaning device, excellent for wastewater with massive fibrous waste.
3.Stainless steel mesh plate, long service life, low frequency of filter component replacement.
4.Equipped with rear cleaning brush and auto spray flushing to regenerate mesh surface.
5.Strong self-cleaning capacity, anti-clogging structure, less routine maintenance work.
6.Automatic control by timer or water level difference.
Applications
Municipal sewage treatment plants; printing & dyeing, textile, food processing industrial wastewater pretreatment; water intake of waterworks and power plants for fiber and granular garbage removal.
