Working Principle
Fixed grating bars form the water passing surface. When sewage flows through the grille, solids larger than the grating gap are trapped.
1. The rake bucket is first driven by the rake turnover motor to open, then stops.
2. The lifting motor drives the rake bucket down along both side rails to the bottom of the grille under the control of the height limiter.
3. The rake turnover motor restarts to close the rake bucket.
4. The lifting motor starts again. Driven by wire ropes, the rake bucket lifts the intercepted waste along the grille and slag baffle.
5. When reaching the discharge port, the lifting motor stops. The cleaning scraper on the upper frame scrapes off the waste, which falls into the conveyor or garbage cart, finishing one cycle of sludge removal.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Split frame structure for easy installation and maintenance.
2.Heavy-duty large-capacity grab rake bucket.
3.Stable wire rope traction with side roller guiding.
4.Complete slag discharge by scraper.
5.Dual independent drive, local & remote control available.
Applications
1. Medium and large tap water plants.
2. Rainwater and sewage lifting pump stations.
3. Municipal wastewater treatment plants.
4. Water intake of power plants.
