Product Overview

Working Principle

*Interception: Water flows through the screen, which consists of fixed bars. Large debris is intercepted on the upstream face.
*Lifting: A continuous loop of chains with cleaning rakes travels upward, collecting the retained debris from the bars.
*Discharge: At the top of the travel path, the rakes clear the debris, which falls by gravity into a hopper or onto a conveyor for disposal.
*Sealed Design: A secondary ("back") screen at the bottom prevents debris and flow from bypassing the main screening area, ensuring maximum capture efficiency.
