Anti‑Clog Self‑Cleaning Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine Low‑Maintenance Dehydrator for Viscous Oily Fibrous Industrial Sludge Treatment
Brief Description
Self‑cleaning WXDL screw sludge dewatering machine excels at viscous, oily and high‑fibre sludge. Unique moving‑ring self‑scraping mechanism avoids filter‑gap blockage that troubles traditional dewatering equipment. Reduce manual cleaning & downtime, cake moisture reduced to approx 80% for difficult‑to‑treat sludge.
Product Overview
This unit is specially optimized for sticky / oily / fibrous sludge conditions. Dewatering host adopts fixed‑&‑moving‑ring filter stack; moving rings reciprocally driven by screw spindle. Built‑in spray‑washing assembly works together with mechanical self‑cleaning to prevent fibre or oil residue accumulation. The whole set contains dewatering main body, flocculation mixing system, spray washing assembly and electric control. Suits sludge concentration 5000‑50000 mg/L with tough properties.

Working Principle
After flocculation conditioning, viscous/oily sludge enters filter chamber. Gravity thickening removes free water at inlet section. Variable‑pitch screw spindle pushes sludge forward into high‑pressure extrusion zone, back‑pressure plate creates incremental squeezing pressure to discharge bound water. While spindle rotates, moving rings slide reciprocally relative to fixed rings, mechanically scraping filter gaps to strip sludge fibre and viscous residues. Auxiliary spray‑washing further washes filter stack; sludge cake is continuously discharged.
