Featuring a compact integrated design, it includes a fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank, sludge thickening and pressing body, and filtrate collection tank. With full automation, it enables efficient flocculation reaction, runs continuous sludge thickening and dewatering, and ensures filtrate is recycled or discharged safely.

Working Principle

The screw press sludge dewatering machine is made up of a thickening part and a dewatering part. Sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening part, then sent to the dewatering part. When moving forward, the filter gaps and screw pitch get smaller gradually, and the back pressure plate blocks the sludge to produce large internal pressure, which keeps reducing the sludge volume and achieving thorough dewatering.

Therefore, it has a strong capacity for handling oily sludge, is easy to separate, and does not clog; moreover, it requires no external water for high-pressure washing, is clean and environmentally friendly, odorless, and produces no secondary sludge.

The screw press sludge dewatering machine relies on internal pressure for dewatering, eliminating the need for large machines like rollers.
