Working Principle

The LYZ type screw press mainly consists of a drive unit, screw shaft, conveying pipe, discharge pipe, wear-resistant liner, and drainage trough. Waste material enters the pressing pipe through the feed inlet, is squeezed and dehydrated, and then enters the discharge pipe. Wastewater is separated and flows into the drainage trough, achieving the desired separation. The wear-resistant liner is made of nylon, which is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The drive unit uses a shaft-mounted reducer, featuring a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. The entire working process takes place within a sealed steel pipe, reducing noise interference and odor emissions, providing a comfortable working environment.
