Product Overview

As a flexible mechanical dewatering apparatus, the screw press features a revolving screw enclosed in a cylindrical screen structure. Working Principle

Composed primarily of drive assembly, screw shaft, pressing cylinder, discharge channel, wear-resistant inner sleeve and drainage trough, the LYZ screw press processes materials fed into the pressing cylinder. Under continuous squeezing, materials are dewatered and then discharged through the discharge pipe, while the separated wastewater is collected in the drainage trough to realize efficient separation.

Its nylon-made inner liner ensures outstanding wear resistance and corrosion protection. With a shaft-integrated reducer, the drive unit features a compact layout and simplified installation and maintenance.
