Product Overview
As a flexible mechanical dewatering apparatus, the screw press features a revolving screw enclosed in a cylindrical screen structure. It progressively compresses materials to achieve solid-liquid separation in a smooth, continuous process. This equipment stands out for its steady operation, low power usage, and easy upkeep.
Working Principle
Composed primarily of drive assembly, screw shaft, pressing cylinder, discharge channel, wear-resistant inner sleeve and drainage trough, the LYZ screw press processes materials fed into the pressing cylinder. Under continuous squeezing, materials are dewatered and then discharged through the discharge pipe, while the separated wastewater is collected in the drainage trough to realize efficient separation.
Its nylon-made inner liner ensures outstanding wear resistance and corrosion protection. With a shaft-integrated reducer, the drive unit features a compact layout and simplified installation and maintenance. As the whole system operates in a fully enclosed steel pipe, noise and odor are greatly controlled, resulting in a more eco-friendly and comfortable operating condition.
