Working Principle
Sludge mixes with flocculant inside the built‑in compact mixing chamber, then directly flows into filter‑stack gravity‑thickening zone. Free water passes ring gaps under gravity. Low‑speed variable‑frequency screw spindle transports sludge to high‑pressure extrusion section; progressive pressure squeezes out interstitial water. Moving rings self‑clean filter gaps; integrated spray assembly completes gap rinsing. Dewatered cake discharges out of outlet.
