Working Principle
Flocculation‑conditioned sludge enters filter chamber from feed section. Driven by low‑speed variable‑frequency screw spindle, sludge firstly passes gravity thickening zone where free water drains through wider stack gaps. Then sludge moves into high‑pressure extrusion zone; decreasing chamber volume plus back‑pressure plate generates progressive squeezing force to squeeze bound water out. Dewatered sludge cake discharges continuously. Reciprocally‑sliding moving rings automatically clean filter gaps; built‑in spray washing further prevents clogging.
