Anti-Corrosive Tube Settler Clarifier with Gravity Sludge Hopper & Automatic Backwashing
Brief Description
This Tube Settler Clarifier is developed based on shallow tank sedimentation theory and adopts honeycomb tube packing to enhance solid-liquid separation. Sludge hoppers are arranged at the bottom for gravity sludge collection. An external chemical dosing system can be selected according to project working conditions. Featuring moderate manufacturing cost and convenient installation, the equipment is suitable for medium and small-scale water treatment projects.
Product Overview
The equipment consists of water distribution zone, tube settling zone and bottom sludge collection hopper. It is equipped with supporting flushing pipelines and support frame. An electric control system is integrated to realize timed sludge discharge and media flushing. Main body materials including Anti-Corrosion Carbon Steel and stainless steel are optional. Overall dimensions and treatment capacity can be customized, and an external dosing unit can be equipped as required.

Working Principles
Efficient solid-liquid separation is achieved based on shallow sedimentation theory:
1. Suspended solids in water settle onto tube inner walls and slide down to the bottom sludge hopper.
2. Sludge accumulates inside the hopper and is discharged periodically once reaching set concentration.
3. Clarified clean water flows upward into the top collection trough and flows by gravity to subsequent treatment processes.
4. The backwashing pipeline activates regularly to clean tube media and mitigate clogging.
