Integrated Sedimentation DAF Dissolved Air Flotation Machine With Inclined Tube Sedimentation
Brief Description
This all-in-one machine combines dissolved air flotation oil removal and inclined tube sedimentation within one single tank to achieve staged layered water purification. The complete supporting systems including mixing, air dissolution, scum scraping, sediment collection and electric control are pre-assembled as an integrated unit.
Product Overview
The Integrated Sedimentation DAF Machine is a dual-process composite water treatment device, equipped with two independent purification modules: dissolved air flotation and shallow inclined tube sedimentation. A single unit can simultaneously separate light oily pollutants and heavy sediment particles, solving two major pain points: standalone DAF units fail to remove heavy sludge, while separate sedimentation tanks cannot eliminate floating oil. It is equipped with independent collection hoppers for floating scum and settled sludge, eliminating the need for an extra matching sedimentation tank. All treatment modules are highly integrated, granting the equipment strong resistance to hydraulic and pollutant shock loads. It is specially designed for complex industrial wastewater featuring oil-sediment mixtures, high turbidity and high suspended solids.

Working Principle
After chemical dosing and flocculation treatment, wastewater first flows into the DAF zone. Microbubbles adhere to floating oil and light flocs, which are then scraped out by the scum remover. The remaining wastewater flows into the rear inclined tube sedimentation zone. Heavy sediment and dense solid particles settle down along the inclined tubes into the sludge hopper, while clarified water flows through the inclined tubes for centralized discharge. Two-stage purification is completed in one single circulation.
