Suspended Central Drive Sludge Thickener for Circular Sedimentation Tanks
Brief Description
The ZXN hanging central drive thickener is specially designed for collecting and discharging sludge inside sedimentation tanks in water supply, drainage and municipal projects, available in single peripheral drive and double peripheral drive structural forms.
Product Overview
ZXN hanging central drive thickener adopts full-bridge working bridge structure. Concentrating grid bars are evenly arranged on the scraper arms to strengthen sludge thickening efficiency. Equipped with mechanical & electrical dual overload protection systems, the equipment runs stably and safely. It supports local on-site control as well as remote automatic operation control, widely matched with sedimentation tanks with diameter ranging from 3m to 16m.

Working Principle
The central driving device drives the central vertical shaft and the connected full bridge frame to perform circular rotation. The thickening grid bars and scraping arms rotate synchronously. The grid bars agitate and thicken the settled sludge continuously, concentrating sludge toward the central sludge hopper. Thickened sludge is discharged outwards through the sludge pipeline, while clarified supernatant flows out from the tank overflow weir.
