Brief Description

Fitted with an upgraded multi-layer curtain-flow staged water distribution system, the tank maintains smooth water flow without eddies or counter-flow disturbance, fundamentally preventing floc fallback and scum carryover during skimming. It delivers excellent removal efficiency for ultra-fine colloids, trace emulsified oil, low-concentration suspended solids and trace total phosphorus, featuring higher overall treatment efficiency and clear effluent. It fits all water treatment scenarios that require strict discharge limits and advanced deep purification.


Product Overview

The high-efficiency curtain-flow dissolved air flotation (DAF) machine is an upgraded premium model based on traditional horizontal-flow DAF. Equipped with an exclusive curtain-flow steady water distribution structure, it solves common industry pain points of conventional DAFs, including turbulent flow, floc re-sedimentation, scum carryover and low hydraulic loading capacity. This equipment achieves a higher adhesion rate between microbubbles and micro-pollutants, significantly improves hydraulic treatment capacity and produces superior-quality effluent, while cutting energy and chemical consumption. Working Principle

The pressurized dissolved air system generates fine, uniform microbubbles to adsorb micro oil contaminants and flocs in wastewater. The layered parallel curtain flow inside the tank eliminates counter-flow turbulence, allowing flocs to float steadily and form a thin scum layer. A wide-width scum skimmer discharges scum evenly, while multiple balanced water collection outlets at the tank bottom trap trace pollutants to realize high-precision water purification.
