Product Overview
The Rake-Type Mechanical Bar Screen is a robust, maintenance-friendly self-cleaning system designed for dependable coarse solids elimination at municipal and industrial wastewater intake points. Its long-lasting chain-and-rake mechanism ensures uninterrupted automated operation, providing indispensable protection for downstream pumps and processes to avoid clogging and operational damage.
Working Principle
A series of identical rake teeth are arranged in parallel and staggered configuration to form a heavy‑duty, closed‑loop cleaning chain at the core of the system. Powered by a dedicated drive system including motor and gear reducer, the chain operates continuously over guide sprockets for dependable debris elimination.
