Product Overview
Built to withstand harsh operating conditions, the Rake-Type Mechanical Bar Screen is a continuous self-cleaning solution for reliable coarse solids removal at municipal and industrial wastewater inlets. Its heavy-duty chain-and-rake transmission guarantees consistent automatic operation, delivering vital protection for downstream equipment and processes by preventing clogs and mechanical impairment.
Working Principle
This cleaning mechanism utilizes identical rake teeth assembled in parallel and offset layout to create a heavy‑duty, continuous‑loop chain. Driven by a dedicated motor and gear reducer, the chain circulates along guide sprockets to achieve fully automatic interception, lifting, and discharge of debris.
