Automatic Chemical Dosing System for Circulating Cooling Water
Brief Description
The skid‑mounted water‑quality stabilization chemical dosing system is an integrated dual‑tank unit with 500 L effective volume per tank. It is equipped with SUS304 stainless‑steel conical‑bottom tanks, agitators, metering pumps, pipe‑valve assemblies, level monitors and electric control system. Pre‑assembled in factory, it only requires pipe and power connection for commissioning. Widely used in circulating cooling water and raw‑water treatment for chemical storage and metered dosing to realize scale inhibition, corrosion control, pH adjustment and microbial suppression.
Product Overview
It adopts two 500 L SUS304 conical‑bottom tanks with vertical agitators for full chemical dissolution. It is fitted with metering pumps, safety valves, filters and calibration columns. Magnetic‑flap level gauges provide 4‑20 mA remote signal. Carbon‑steel powder‑coated skid integrates access platform and ladder. Control cabinet supports manual / automatic modes with reserved interfaces for plant control system. Optional safety parts including fume absorber, leakage detector and eyewash shower are available for acid‑alkali and biocide conditions.

Notes:
1.Optional ZJ metering pump models: GK38-67L/2.94MPa-I(II,III), JZ-80/10-I(II,III), GK38-134L/12.94MPa-I(II,III)
2.Pa (Pascal) is the pressure unit of SI measurement standard.
Working Principle
1.Solution Preparation
Chemicals mix with process water inside tanks. Agitators produce homogeneous solution with real‑time level monitoring.
2.Metered Delivery
Metering pumps deliver filtered and pressurized solution to injection points; safety valves provide over‑pressure protection.
3.Operation Control
Dosing rate is adjusted based on level and external feedback; local manual operation is available.
4.Chemical Functions
Various chemicals achieve circulating‑water scale & corrosion inhibition, pH adjustment, coagulation and algae‑bacteria suppression.
5.Safety Interlock
Low‑level protection prevents pump dry‑running; leakage detector triggers alarm under corrosive chemical conditions.
Key Design & Performance Features
1.Integrated Skid‑Mounted Design
Factory pre‑assembly reduces on‑site work and shortens commissioning time.
2.Corrosion‑Resistant Tank Construction
SUS304 conical‑bottom tanks for sediment discharge, compatible with coagulants, stabilizers, acid‑alkali and biocides.
3.Steady Metered Dosing Performance
Adjustable metering pump flow; complete pipe accessories ensure long‑term stable operation.
4.Remote Level Transmission & Flow Calibration
Magnetic‑flap level gauges output 4‑20 mA remote signal for central monitoring, and calibration column is provided for convenient on‑site verification of actual pump output flow.
5.Flexible Intelligent Electric Control
Manual‑automatic switch; reserved interfaces for upper‑level system remote monitoring.
6.Optional Safety Configurations
Fume absorber, leakage alarm and eyewash‑shower optional for volatile and corrosive chemicals.
Applications
1. Dosing of water-quality stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors and biocides for industrial circulating cooling water.
2. Metered injection of coagulants and disinfectants for raw-water and feed-water treatment.
3. Preparation and dosing of regenerants & pH adjusters for water softening and desalination.
4. Other chemical-industry processes requiring accurate and continuous water-treatment chemical injection.
