Product Overview
Simplify complex chemical dosing while maximizing performance with our Tri-Chamber Automatic Dosing Unit, a leader in accuracy, reliability, and safety for automated applications. Engineered for high-demand water treatment, industrial processing, and wastewater management, it removes manual intervention and guesswork, ensuring consistent optimal results and heightened safety across operations.
Working Principle
A delay of 2 minutes is applied before the polymer flocculant dosing machine starts dosing action, and the mixing system is activated at the same moment. The time can be configured by using the input elements on the control panel. As soon as the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system operate at full capacity under high water level, the wetting system halts. The dosing system and inlet water system ensure the mixing system runs continuously. The operation and shutdown of the mixer and dosing pump can be managed by the dosing control cabinet or remote control.

Key Design & Performance Features
*Intelligent PLC Control: At the heart of the system is a programmable logic controller with a user-friendly HMI touchscreen. It enables fully automated operation based on flow pace, analog signal (4-20mA), or timer control, seamlessly integrating with your existing process.
*High-Precision Dosing Pumps: Each chamber is equipped with a dedicated, industrial-grade mechanical diaphragm or peristaltic pump. These pumps offer exceptional metering accuracy (±1% or better) and broad turndown ratios, ensuring consistent delivery across varying demand.
*Integrated Safety & Monitoring: The system includes comprehensive safeguards: low-chemical alerts, leak detection, pressure relief valves, and pump overload protection. Real-time monitoring of dosing status, tank levels, and system pressure is standard.
*Robust Construction: Built from premium corrosion-resistant materials (SS316, PVDF, PTFE, EPDM) compatible with a wide range of aggressive chemicals, ensuring long service life in harsh environments.
*Compact & Modular Skid: All components are pre-assembled on a single, compact skid for easy installation, reduced footprint, and simplified maintenance.
Applications
Key application areas include water and wastewater treatment, where functions include pH adjustment, coagulation-flocculation, disinfection with chlorine or sodium hypochlorite, nutrient dosing, and odor control. For cooling and boiler water systems, our solutions support scale and corrosion inhibitor addition, biocide treatment, and antifoam dosing. They are widely adopted in industrial processes including chemical manufacturing, pulp and paper, food and beverage, metal finishing, and rinse water treatment. Automated control of pH and chlorine levels is also available for swimming pools and aquatic installations.
