Working Principle

Subsequent to a 2-minute delay, the polymer flocculant dosing machine initiates dosing operation, and the mixing system starts working at the same time. The time parameter can be set via the input elements on the control panel. After the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system reach full operation at high water level, the wetting system stops functioning. The dosing system and inlet water system sustain the continuous operation of the mixing system. The operation and stop states of the mixer and dosing pump can be managed by the dosing control cabinet or remote control system.
