Working Principle

A 2-minute time delay is set before the polymer flocculant dosing machine initiates dosing operation, with the mixing system activated synchronously. The timing value is configurable via the input devices installed on the control panel. After the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system achieve full operation at high water level, the wetting system ceases working. The dosing system and inlet water system will continue to support the continuous operation of the mixing system. The running and shutdown states of the mixer and dosing pump can be identified by either the local dosing control cabinet or remote control module.
