Working Principle
This user-centric, fully automated system integrates interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering into a hands-free workflow, requiring minimal operator oversight for solid-liquid separation tasks.
1. Interception
The drum is mounted at a 35° optimal angle in the channel and rotates uniformly, trapping solid particles from incoming wastewater through fine screen panels as water flows through the inlet.
2. Cleaning
Automatic continuous cleaning runs in tandem with drum rotation, using durable nylon brushes and high-pressure nozzles to clear adhered solids, keeping screens unclogged without manual action.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Separated screenings are directed into the integrated screw conveyor, which gently lifts solids upward and out of the water flow automatically for downstream dewatering.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Solids are pressed and compacted to reduce moisture content and volume, with finished dewatered cake discharged straight into containers. The fully enclosed process locks in odors and maintains a hygienic, user-friendly environment.
