Working Principle
Engineered for energy efficiency and environmental compliance, this system unifies interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering into a single automated workflow, reducing carbon footprint and waste disposal costs.
1. Interception
Mounted at a 35° ideal angle inside the channel, the drum rotates at a constant low-energy speed, using fine screen panels to intercept solid particles from incoming wastewater efficiently.
2. Cleaning
Continuous self-cleaning runs in sync with drum rotation, combining wear-resistant nylon brushes and high-pressure sprays to clear clogs without excessive water or energy consumption.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Separated solids are guided into the internal screw conveyor, which lifts screenings smoothly with minimal power use, moving solids out of the water flow for further treatment.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Screenings are compacted to reduce moisture and volume drastically, cutting disposal volume and costs. The closed automated process contains odors and adheres to eco-friendly operational norms.
