Working Principle
Engineered to resist clogging and deliver long-term durability, this system merges interception, cleaning, lifting, and dewatering into a low-failure automated unit, minimizing downtime and replacement costs.
1. Interception
Installed at a 35-degree ideal angle inside the channel, the drum rotates at a constant speed, using robust fine screens to intercept solid particles from wastewater inflow reliably.
2. Cleaning
Self-cleaning operates continuously with drum rotation, utilizing heavy-duty nylon brushes and high-pressure water sprays to eliminate clogging and protect screen integrity for extended service life.
3. Lifting & Conveyance
Captured solids are transferred to the internal screw conveyor, which lifts screenings smoothly out of the water flow with a wear-resistant spiral mechanism, reducing mechanical failures.
4. Dewatering & Discharge
Screenings are compacted to cut moisture and volume significantly, with dewatered cake discharged directly into transport systems. The closed automated setup controls odors and upholds hygiene standards.
