Product Overview
The PD type belt conveyor is dedicated to the transportation of solid granular substances and loose lump materials, featuring durable and reliable operation, large conveying capacity, long-distance delivery, multi-point loading accessibility and continuous conveying mode. Flexible installation in horizontal or inclined manners is available for this equipment. Moreover, its simplified structure ensures easy operation and hassle-free maintenance for users.
Working Principle
The system is fitted with a continuous trough belt conveyor. Materials are discharged onto the belt from the outlet of the grid or dewatering machine. Driven by the electric drum, the materials are transported from one end to the other, and the discharge end is connected to a garbage bin for subsequent disposal.

*The drive unit uses an oil-cooled electric drum, integrating the drive unit with the drum. It is aesthetically pleasing, rationally designed, easy to install, occupies little space, and is easy to maintain.
*The spiral tensioning device not only tensions the belt but also ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the conveyor belt.
*The scraper at the discharge port prevents material from adhering to the return conveyor belt, ensuring the material is conveyed to its intended location.
*The conveyor belt is made of four layers of reinforced rubber with metal joints, making it easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.
*Slag baffles are installed on both sides of the upper trough-shaped support roller to ensure safe material transport.
