Working Principle

The screw press sludge dewatering machine adopts a dual-section structure including thickening and dewatering segments. After gravity concentration in the thickening segment, sludge is transported to the dewatering segment for deep dehydration. As the sludge advances, the filter clearances and screw pitch reduce progressively, and the back pressure plate’s resistance builds up high internal pressure, continuously compressing the sludge volume and achieving thorough dewatering.
