Product Overview
The High-Drainage Press is a state-of-the-art industrial dewatering solution engineered to effectively separate solid and liquid phases in materials with high moisture content. By applying controlled mechanical force and premium filtering structures, it achieves superior moisture reduction, cuts down disposal costs, and produces uniformly dry cakes. It is widely applied in food processing, wastewater treatment, agricultural production, and resource recycling industries.
Working Principle
The high-drainage screw press consists of a drainage zone, a feeding zone, a screw conveying zone, and a discharge zone. Screenings enter the feeding zone, are compacted in the compaction zone by the screw press, and are then discharged. Waste liquid flows from the screen bars into a collection tank. The screw conveyor begins in the middle of a slotted pressure pipe and ends in the compression zone. The length of the screw conveyor is limited to a short outlet, ensuring the screenings are compressed within the pressure pipe. Conveying and compaction are accomplished by a high-strength steel screw, with the conveying length meeting design requirements. The screw press has sufficient rigidity to ensure no deformation. It dewaters effectively even when the slag is very wet. A flushing device automatically cleans the dewatering section.

Key Design & Performance Features
1. Satisfies landfill regulatory standards; cuts transportation expenses; supports incineration and composting applications.
2. Reduces and stabilizes both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams to ensure compliant, economical disposal solutions.
3. Effectively removes liquids such as leachate and grease from solids, improving biogas production and compost quality.
4. Performs fast on-site dewatering to streamline sediment management and logistics.
5. Retrieves nutrient-dense liquids and generates dry raw materials for organic fertilizer production.
Applications
Its primary application lies in municipal wastewater treatment, where it processes municipal sludge and screenings efficiently. It also serves the industrial wastewater sector, handling sludge from electroplating, papermaking, chemical, textile and other manufacturing processes. For organic waste management, it reliably treats kitchen waste, agricultural residues, livestock and poultry manure. Furthermore, it is widely used in river and lake dredging projects for sediment and silt disposal, as well as in the biomass and biogas industry for the treatment of anaerobic digestion residues.
