Thorough Separation Sand Water Separator Stable Operation Compact Structure
Brief Description
This sand-water separator efficiently separates sand particles from water in wastewater, producing sand with low moisture content for easy subsequent treatment. The unit operates smoothly with minimal vibration, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. Its compact structure allows for flexible placement in space-constrained areas such as pump stations and grit chambers, making it widely applicable in municipal infrastructure, industrial zones, and manufacturing bases.

Product Overview
The SF Series Sand-Water Separator is a highly efficient and reliable dewatering device designed for the separation of sand, grit, and other heavy inorganic solids from wastewater. It is an essential component in municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial pretreatment systems, and other applications where the removal of abrasive materials is critical to protect downstream equipment and improve overall process efficiency.
Working Principle
Wastewater containing grit flows into the separation unit. Through a combination of sedimentation and mechanical conveying, heavy grit particles settle at the bottom. A specially designed spiral shaft continuously lifts and conveys the settled grit out of the water pool. During this lifting process, free water drains away, resulting in the discharge of dewatered, clean grit with significantly reduced water content.
