Working Principle

After a preset 2-minute delay interval, the polymer flocculant dosing machine commences dosing, while the mixing system starts to operate simultaneously. The time setting can be modified by means of the input components on the control panel. Once the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system operate normally at high water level, the wetting system is deactivated. The dosing system and inlet water system maintain the continuous functioning of the mixing system. The operational status and shutdown state of the mixer and dosing pump can be controlled via the dosing control cabinet or remote control.
