Anti-Clog Submersible Sludge Recirculation Pump for Wastewater Circulation
Brief Description
QJB-W submersible sludge recirculation pump is specially developed for nitrification liquid recirculation in sewage treatment. Designed with low head and large flow rate, it features wide flow passage to prevent clogging effectively. Made of full stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, it can run continuously underwater. It is widely adopted for sludge & mixed liquid recirculation in anoxic and anaerobic tanks of municipal wastewater plants to maintain stable sludge balance of biochemical system.
Product Overview
This recirculation pump takes stamped stainless steel submersible body as the main delivery unit. With the specific speed up to 1600, it delivers abundant flow under ultra-low head (minimum 0.5m), perfectly matching sewage recirculation processes requiring tiny liquid level difference and huge circulating flow. Hydraulic structure is optimized via CFD fluid simulation. Wide back-swept blades without narrow gaps allow smooth passage of solid particles and fibrous impurities to avoid winding and clogging. Direct connection between motor and pump reduces mechanical loss and improves overall efficiency. The integrated stainless steel structure has streamlined appearance, fewer spare parts and high standardization. Equipped with automatic coupling installation system, the pump can be lifted for inspection conveniently without draining the tank.
Working Principle
The submersible motor drives the impeller to rotate stably, pushing water axially through wide passages. Relying on ultra-large circulating flow, it transports mixed liquid and activated sludge from aerobic tank back to anoxic/anaerobic tank to complete nitrification and denitrification nitrogen removal process. Its low-head characteristic adapts well to internal liquid level conveying inside tanks with lower energy consumption, greatly improving total nitrogen removal efficiency.
