QJB low speed submersible thruster is equipped with large curved polyurethane two-blade impeller. Running at low rotating speed with big thrust, it creates continuous large-scale water circulation inside long oxidation ditches and large biochemical tanks, keeps activated sludge suspended evenly and avoids sludge sedimentation effectively. It is the core equipment for aerobic & anoxic pool circulating flow in municipal wastewater treatment plants.
This submersible low speed thruster adopts integrated cast iron submersible motor matched with planetary reduction gearbox, which outputs large torque at low speed. The oversized polyurethane propeller features light weight, high toughness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Compared with small submersible mixers, it covers much longer pushing distance and larger flow area, perfectly suitable for long strip oxidation ditch, large-scale sewage tanks. The fully underwater sealed IP68 structure supports 24-hour continuous submerged operation. Power range covers 1.5kW ~ 7.5kW with multiple propeller diameters optional.
The sealed submersible motor drives the reduction gearbox to decelerate and amplify torque, then pushes the large polyurethane blades to rotate slowly. Wide-range pushing flow is formed in the water body, which circulates the whole tank water continuously, suspends activated sludge all the time, cooperates with aeration system to improve sewage purification efficiency.
